Dave, perhaps someone in the area remembers The Country Squire restaurant from the Flint area. I believe it burnt, but reopened for awhile and then closed sometime in the 60s or 70s.
The reason I am asking , they served meat balls in a cream sauce that was out of this world! I am looking for the recipe.
