Trump guilty on all counts
Jury Deliberates for Nearly 12 Hours; Sentencing Pending as Trump Faces Potential Fines, Probation, or Prison Time
Former President Donald Trump has been found guilty on 34 felony charges related to falsifying business records to conceal information from voters ahead of the 2016 election. The jury, consisting of seven men and five women, reached the verdict after nearly 12 hours of deliberation.
The sentencing phase is still pending, with Trump facing potential fines, probation, or prison time. Notably, this verdict does not disqualify him from running for the presidency.
This case marks the first of four criminal cases against Trump and could be the only one concluded before the November election. The charges stem from hush money payments made to Playboy model Karen McDougal and adult film star Stormy Daniels, who alleged affairs with Trump and were paid to remain silent before the 2016 election. Trump allegedly reimbursed his former fixer, Michael Cohen, for these payments. Cohen had previously pleaded guilty to violating campaign finance laws in connection with the hush money transactions.
Throughout the trial, Trump faced multiple reprimands and fines from Judge Juan Merchan for violating a gag order that restricted him from attacking court employees, except for the judge and the family members of those involved in the case.

Why wasn’t it an issue when Bill Clinton paid hush money?
This is such a bad joke. It wouldn't even make a B movie script. I just can't.. When is Witless going to prison for her mystery ballot boxes that arrived in Black SUVs at 4am going to go to jail? It's funny of the ballots that arrived all but about 100 were for Joe Biden. Why were they snuck in after the balloting had closed? Or the lady they had video of in Pennsylvania supposedly counting ballots, no she was marking ballots for Biden with a security officer right beside her. And they were counted as valid votes.
