Tariffs are hurting all of us. I got a bill for $10.31 for tariff tax and administrative fees. I paid it. Then I got an email from the company that said I didn't have to pay the tariff and tax fee as they were taking care of it on their end. I told them I had paid it. I had a refund within the hour. I hadn't asked for it. They reached out to the shipped and told them what was going on and the shipper refunded it. It's the only company I know of who does this. It's a subscription package I get monthly from Ireland.

This is wrong. Kids between 12 1/2 and 20 are in the schitzofreakic years. Their bodies are changing, their brain is evolving and what might look like something is going on could be nothing more than puberty. Leave them alone. Mention something to the parents in private to keep an eye on their child. They're trying to figure out their place in the school pecking order. They all just want to fit in and be accepted. Let them develop. If you have watched the behaviors change drastically and you don't see anything at home that has changed, talk to the parents, no threats, just talk. I ha student who missed a lot of school in elementary. It carried over into 5th and 6th grade. She was an all A student so no one mentioned the absenses She made up the work. Her mother was terminally ill. She died when her daughter was in the 6th grade. There were days when there was no one there to help take care of her mom. She stayed home. She had an aunt who came in as often as she could. This child did cooking and laundry by second grade. Hospice came in a couple days a week in the last few month, but they didn't stay. They took vitals and made sure mom was getting her meds. I think she had an older half brother who checked in once in a while. If any child should have had emotional issues it was this one, but she didn't. She knew which teachers she could talk to if she needed to. If you child has one adult they are comfortable speaking to about things that bother them, they will be fine. This child had her pick of teachers because we all knew what was going on.
