The future of TV News and my first show on Locals
Things are about to get real
After working in local television news for 25 years, I am now living a “normal life”. I am able to have dinner with the family and tuck my children into bed.
Three weeks ago, I resigned as an anchor and digital content manager at the NBC/FOX affiliate in Flint, Michigan. I did so, and am not looking back.
Last Friday I launched my own independent content venture and will be doing a live show, posting content and allowing you to post your content on a platform called Locals.
Click here to sign up for my Locals community. It’s easy.
Think of Locals like Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and Instagram all tied into one but with NO CENSORSHIP. Locals does not have an algorithm and you don’t have to worry about being banned because you upset big tech. You can also post in my community without fear.
To get my unlimited content there is a $5 monthly fee. You can sign up for free and get a look at what I am posting. I will use your donation to buy equipment and investigate the stories you want to be covered.
My first show for paid subscribers will be this Sunday at 7 p.m.
I will be talking to a financial expert who explains why a new Biden administration plan will punish those who have worked to obtain good credit scores. I will also be talking to the amazing people who got together to repair a roof of an elderly man in Flint. I will also be taking your questions.

This is just the beginning and I need your help to make this happen.
Realness is good.
God and family first.
Dave

How exciting for you. Your topics sound very interesting to me. You will be in my prayers. Next year I will plan to add you to add you to add you to add you to my list of you I support. I can not do so this year. I sure would if I could look d. You do have my prayers and encouragement. I have watched a number of former national newscaster who have gone this route that I wondered where they had disappeared to. Seems many have become tired of the regular news for many reasons. One has family ties to Flint and grew up in the Lansing area!
Sounds like you've got some good topics lined up. I wish you all the best.
