TUCSON, Ariz. — Federal authorities on Tuesday released new surveillance images showing a masked individual tampering with a security camera at the home of Nancy Guthrie, the 84-year-old mother of NBC “Today” co-anchor Savannah Guthrie, as the search for her continues.
