Police Seek Public's Help Identifying Child Seen on Ring Camera in Holly
Authorities say no missing child report has been filed as officers, K-9 teams and drones search for answers.
HOLLY, Mich. — Police in Holly are asking for the public’s help identifying a child who was captured on a homeowner’s Ring camera Friday, prompting an immediate search by law enforcement.
According to the Holly Police Department, a homeowner in the 500 block of Elm Street contacted police after receiving images from his Ring camera system at about 11:54 a.m. showing an unidentified child.

Police said there have been no reports of a missing child made to law enforcement.
Officers responded to the area and canvassed the neighborhood with assistance from community members. The Holly Police Department also requested support from the Oakland County Sheriff’s Office, which deployed a K-9 unit and drone team to assist in the search.
Authorities are asking anyone who recognizes the child or has information that could help identify or locate the child to contact dispatch at 248-858-4911.
Police urged residents not to post tips on social media and instead report information directly to dispatch.
“We will update this page as needed,” the department said in a social media post.
The investigation remains ongoing.
