The reason Michigan won't be able to pay the bill for food stamps is because the governor has misappropriated tax dollars. So, if people starve you know why. She spent infrastructure money about $47 million to GM obviously she has no idea what infrastructure means. $5.7 or as it $7million for Gochion which never materialized. $229 million prepping land in Genesee County for a business going elsewhere. Seems like she was trying to spend on a solar farm up near Gaylord. That blew up in her face. It's no wonder she wants to raise taxes again. She is not kind to small businesses. Why would anyone want to bring their business to Michigan where there was a 127.29% increase in unemployment?
I'm glad the wildlife center has a 10 yr old champion. Most kids that age don't care enough about things other than what they want for themselves. I for one am happy to see this. It means there is still hope.
I think the police should have been called when the mother showed up. Or after the mother hit the manager. No gun should ever have been pulled. A second daughter was not required to be at this meeting. Mom went ready to start something. And she did. I guess if you smack someone you should expect retaliation.
I think those who regret going to college regret it because they went into something that doesn't give them a high paying job. My grandson just finished his first year of teaching. He loves his job. Technology helps him but is not likely to cost him his job. Paying student loans is going to keep him in poverty for years. No one comes out of college into a first job making enough money to pay $1100/mo rent and $900/mo in student loans. That's insane. Yes, he has a job this summer. He's also coaching high school boys basketball and two girls college basketball teams. The MSU second team girls brought home the first National Championship for MSU Women ever. This A team lost in the first round of play-offs.
