WASHINGTON D.C. - The House passed a bill Thursday that would effectively lift the Biden administration’s pause on new liquefied natural gas (LNG) export terminals.
The lower chamber passed the “Unlocking Our Domestic LNG Potential Act,” introduced by Rep. August Pfluger, R-Texas, by a 224-200 bipartisan vote, with nine House Democrats crossing the aisle to join Republicans in voting in favor of the bill.
DEL RIO, TX - During a shootout near the U.S. border, Mexican troops killed 12 people alleged to be members of a cartel.
Authorities in Tamaulipas said the alleged cartel members attacked members of the military and the operation included the use of a helicopter and drones. Authorities seized 12 long weapons and assorted ammunition after the shootout.
HOUSTON, TX - Authorities have identified a 42-year-old man as a person of interest in the disappearance of an 11-year-old Texas girl who’s been missing since last week.
Audrii Cunningham was supposed to catch a bus near her residence in Polk County to go to school Thursday but never showed up. A small backpack was found Friday near Lake Livingston Dam northeast of Houston, and now a massive search effort is underway in that area.

Charlotte Co, Fla. – Following a deadly crash that happened on Feb. 8th in Charlotte County, Sergeant Dave Musgrove is now being called a hero by the family he saved.
A 6-month-old baby, 3-year-old daughter, and a mother were all in the vehicle at the time of the crash. According to Sergeant Musgrove a motorcycle passed him seconds before the crash traveling over 100 miles per hour. as a motorcycle hits the vehicle.
