How is it even legal to terminate someone who is dying and leave them with all the medical bills that go along with long term medical care. Even if he survives how is he going to pay the bills?
Tyler Robinson is some kind of sociopath. He interacted with people who believed they were his friends, but only on a surface level. I highly doubt he knew anything about any of them. If you are an employer and do not check credentials, and later find out the employee doesn't have the ones required, that's on you. How well was he doing his job? Had their been any complaints of misconduct, mysterious amounts of money missing, just not getting the job done? Give him a time line for getting the training he needs and providing proof of achievement.
