Y'all have the gun laws wrong. I cannot remember if it is Sweden or Norway--I'm leaning toward Norway. They arm all citizens at age 16. They teach them how to shoot, they have to pass a proficiency test. They are required to spend time on a gun range during the year. They are taught to breakdown and clean their guns. Gun crime is darn close to zero. Think about it, if everyone has a gun and knows how to shoot it are you really planning to break into their home, business, or try to grab their car in a car jacking? Are you willing to try to rob a bank if you know that every employee is armed? Not robbing any stores or gas stations either. Hmm...maybe we should try that.
Instead of taking legal gun owner's weapons, they too should look at Switzerland. They have it right. With the number of militia's in MI. They need to tread lightly if they don't want a revolt on their hands.
