As someone who interviews a lot, I am quite often asked questions in advance. Very few people ask off the cuff questions. I love questions from the audience, because you cannot predict what they will ask ahead of time.
I stand with the truckers! Honda has come out with a new electric CRV. It recharges as it's driving. It will go 614 miles. While it gets me to my family in Michigan, I would not feel safe in it. Most electric cars are small and look like matchbox cars on the road. I wouldn't get in one with a gun to my head. I was driving a small Ford at 55 mph on my way home from work 27 years ago this coming May. A kid in a pickup ran a stop sign because he was distracted by his passenger. Totaled my car, I lost two weeks of work and the Chevy dealership I went to wanted to put me in a Malibu. Nice enough car, but I could 't get out of it fast enough. What I wanted for protection on the road was something built like a Sherman tank. I would have liked an SUV. I let my Dad talk me out of it. I have come to regret that decision. I am currently driving a Chevy which is a fully loaded piece of junk I bought after some idiot in South Carolina came off an expressway and didn't stop for a red light. I have decided I am not driving a Chevy again. This is the second time after having a car totaled that an insurance company has leaned on me to buy a car in a hurry so they didn't have to pay for a rental for more than a week. Every time I buy GM they discontinue that car. Done with them. Best car they ever made was the Saturn. Not ever buying an electric car.
The Catholic Church, the US government , neither one of them has the right to monitor a woman's reproductive rights. My policy on that is unless I invite you into my vagina, you ain't got a say. End of discussion.
I wish more banking institutions would do that. They need to understand that the scammers keep them on the phone, so they can't tell you they are being scammed.
