Michigan Supreme Court mulls ban on ICE arrests at state courthouses
Michiganders have 12 more days to weigh in on a rule proposed by the Michigan Supreme Court that would ban federal immigration agents from making civil arrests at state courts.
The rule, proposed in November, “would prohibit the civil arrest of a person while attending a court proceeding or having legal business in the courthouse,” according to the court website.
The order notes “this subrule does not apply to arrests made pursuant to a valid warrant that a judge has authorized.”
It also would not apply to federal immigration courts that are outside of the state’s jurisdiction.
Christine Sauve, spokeswoman for the Michigan Immigration Rights Center, told Michigan Public an increasing number of folks are calling in with concerns about Immigration and Customs Enforcement arrests at or near courthouses. Click here to read more.
Erika Kirk Pushes Back on Conspiracies About Husband’s Death: ‘Stop’
Wednesday on Fox News Channel’s “Outnumbered,” Erika Kirk, the Turning Point USA CEO and widow of assassinated conservative activist Charlie Kirk, addressed online conspiracies around her husband’s murder.
Kirk said, “It reminds me so much of Chapter Six in the book of Nehemiah. He is building a wall, and the townspeople are at the base of that hill saying, ‘Nehemiah,’ calling him all these names, saying all these things, ‘Come on down,’ Every single time, he had the same message four times in a row: ‘I cannot come down. I am busy building.’ That is how I feel.
She continued, “I do not have time to address the noise. My silence does not mean that I am complacent. My silence does not mean that somehow Turning Point USA and all of the handpicked staff that loved my husband and my husband loved them is somehow in on it. We are busy building. FDA Reviewing Deaths Potentially Linked to COVID Shots
The Food and Drug Administration is looking into whether COVID-19 vaccines were tied to any deaths, government officials announced this week.
The FDA is “doing a thorough investigation, across multiple age groups, of deaths potentially related to COVID vaccines,” Andrew Nixon. a spokesman for the Department of Health and Human Services, said in a statement.
Manufacturers report that the FDA is also reviewing the safety of RSV immunizations.
COVID-19 vaccines were deployed in late 2020 under emergency use authorization. Less than a year later, the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine became the first to receive full FDA approval. Click here to read more.
FDA you're a day late and a dollar short. Those vaccines should be off the market a year ago yesterday if not sooner. NO ONE should ever have been made to get them. They were poison from the get go and we all knew that. Those of us still not vaxxed will continue to survive in spite of you. You allow food companies and Big Pharma to poison us all. Every cereal made in this country is banned in Europe and the UK. Gee, I wonder why? Because they are full of poison. They actually have a dozen or more warning labels on each box in Europe and the UK telling which poison is in them and why it's a poison. This country should be ashamed for allowing big business and worthless drug companies to continue poisoning US Citizens. People, wake up!
We all know Obummer was behind the Russsian hoax. He was trying to cover up the fact that Hunter, I should be in jail with my dad, Biden was so deep in Russian pockets it wasn't funny. If Hunter's computer is ever made public we will find more than the Biden's were in bed with the Russians. I could even venture a guess as to which politicians those were.
