A woman or child who has been raped should have the option to not carry an unwanted baby to term. I am not for partial birth abortions unless the mother or baby will be in jeopardy. That's another issue altogether. But if a woman discovers she is pregnant after a rape or incest, she should not have to carry that baby if she chooses not to. I don't see abortion as a form of birth control.
