Many of us knew that they were padding Covid deaths. Just about anyone who needed hospitalization during Covid and died was a Covid death. Why are they just now admitting the truth? Do they think we are all stupid? Because we are not.
So a communications failure. Is it possible the pilot did not get her instructor's order to turn left? If there were bleeps for air traffic control, were there bleeps so that the pilot didn't hear? Someone needs to check that before assuming it was pilot error. Could very well have been communication error.
I'm guessing the person with the homebased business has some explaining to do. Especially if s/he made them ahead of time knowing they were for a school party. The teacher could knowingly have just purchased small jell-o cups and gotten ones laced with vodka. She had no reason to check if they were packaged and ready to go. Let's look where the blame really lies.
