Inflation will continue to rise. That is not going to change. I do appreciate states who have stopped taxing food and prescription medications. Paying 11% for food and prescriptions is cost prohibitive to seniors and those unable to stay afloat even with food stamps.

They are correct in parts of Michigan. When I lived in West Branch, MI there was no limit, but you might have to wait 30.minutes because two or three of the return machines were always, down. When I lived in Clarkston, MI the Kroger a mile down the street limited you to $25 worth of bottles. They, too often had machines down or full.
