Michigan is such a great place to get an education, Whitmer has done such a great job in her terms, currently Michigan is 44th in the nation! This kind of crazy spending is going on all over the state! Come on folks use your brain, be an informed voter!

Our community can not maintain our school now without new bond after new bond and now they want a multimillion dollar Dome that will take an annual operating cost of $400,000 to maintain???? It is just absurd and sad.

The only wording on the August 8 ballot pertaining to the dome and the request for the community to pony up an extra 9.5 million dollars over and above the 2.3 million required for needed repairs, ( btw..

these much needed and undisputed repairs are clearly addressed, one by one, on the ballot) are the 8 words that follow:

"Erecting Equipping and finishing a community center facility"

Those 8 words could cost our small, already financially overburdened community an extra 9.5 million dollars ((not to mention close to 1/2 million/ year to maintain and staff) whose cost/ benefit impact , to many people's thinking, has not been sufficiently explained or demonstrated. Before you vote...be informed.

Why is there so much negativity surrounding this? It would literally take giving up a drink or two at Starbucks to be able to support something amazing in this rural town!
