Those volunteers were teachers when only boys and girls attended school. In keeping with the historical aspect of this school that's how they should be addressed. If they are having an authentic experience they need to live with boys and girls. That' who attended that school. Seriously, sick of PC in this country.

Absolutely. All their volunteers are going to quit and the kids won't get to experience the school at all.
