Michigan Community College taking stand on gender bathroom issue

School will allow students to use whatever bathroom they identify with

In this edition of Keeping it Real, I am taking a deep dive into the issue of transgender bathroom policies.

The President of Monroe Community College in Michigan issued a notice stating that he would allow students to use the bathroom in a way that conforms to their gender identity.

I talked to a mother who has children at the school; she is unhappy.

This school also serves students as young as 14.
