LAPEER, Mich. — Watch a Lapeer City Commission meeting, and you might feel like you’re watching a sitcom filled with constant arguing, with little getting accomplished.

I reached out to every member of the commission, along with the mayor, requesting an on-camera interview. As of now, none have agreed to participate.
