Illegal Immigrant Wanted for Gang Ties Captured After Arkansas Traffic Stop
El Salvadoran National, Subject of Interpol Red Notice, Arrested Following Foot Chase on Interstate 40
NORTH LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — On Wednesday, November 6, 2024, at around 9 a.m., Arkansas State Police (ASP) conducted a routine traffic stop on a green Honda Civic traveling eastbound on Interstate 40 near mile marker 160 in North Little Rock.
During the stop, the passenger, later identified as 42-year-old Elias Avila Bustillo of El Salvador, fled on foot into a nearby field. Authorities, including additional troopers, ASP Air Support, and a K9 unit from the Arkansas Department of Corrections, responded and apprehended Bustillo about an hour later.
This is a story the mainstream media isn’t tell you. It’s why I left the mainstream media. If you aren’t a paid subscriber consider becoming one to allow me to keep doing this independent journalism.
Bustillo was found to be in the United States illegally and is wanted in El Salvador for gang-related activities. He is the subject of an Interpol Red Notice, an international request for law enforcement to locate and arrest him.
He was transported to the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement Office in Little Rock and remains in the custody of U.S. Homeland Security Investigations.

How in the world did he even get into the country? This is insane. At least that we know of no one has died as a result of his being here. Still turn him over to Interpol for whatever crimes he has committeed.
