Goodbye to 2022, looking forward to 2023
What are you looking forward to in 2023?
Life is all about perspective.
2022 in many instances was not a great year for me. My mom passed away at the age of 88 after a battle with Alzheimer’s. There were also many personal challenges that tested me over the course of the year.
Despite what I perceived as negatives in 2022, it was in reality a good year. I was healthy, maintained a job I love with amazing co-workers, and worked on improving my mental health by learning to live in the moment and doing my best to focus on happiness.
My heart goes out to all of you who also lost a loved one in 2022. So many people have reached out to me telling me their stories of loved ones passing from illness, suicide, or drug addiction. I pray for all of you and that you can find happiness in the memory of your loved one.
I look forward in 2023 to continuing the no bias, no narrative, keeping it real news that I pride myself on. I also promise to continue to bring you positive and inspirational stories from across the country. I want to use my large following on social media to help others and bring positive change.
What do you have planned for the year 2023? Let me know in the comments below.
Have a great year everyone.

God Bless!! Prayers for your family!!
