I think if a business is qualified for any job, you don't need a law to hire them. Hiring should be based strictly on merit, not on sex or color.

I hope they win. I am tired of women being passed over for jobs they can do. It doesn't even matter what color or nationality they are, what matters is can they do the job? Can they do it in a reasonable amount of time? If so, hire them. End of story.
