No one's frontal lobe (the decision making part of your brain) is fully developed until age 25, some it's age 26, a few it's age 24, but we don't know until all the sudden they are making intelligent decisions. It is absolutely crazy what we expect of children today when their brains are in the developing stage. This is only one of them.
