This is the parade route for Memorial Day, Fouth of July, Bike Week, Homecoming, and the Christmas Parade. Are they nuts? It might even be used for cruise night during fair week. Seriously, we are not talking about a small metropolitan area, we are talking about a rural farm community with summer tourism.
