Saginaw Intermediate Schools bus assistant released on bond following December arrest
The charges stem from allegations involving a special education student and incidents prosecutors say occurred on a school bus.
UPDATE JANUARY 5, 2026:
According to court records the suspect Morris Holmes was released from the Saginaw County Jail on bond on December 22, 2025 after paying a $25,000 bond. As part of the bond Holmes must be confined to his home hooked up to a GPS tether and not to have contacts with any minor or disabled adults.
