Start holding parole boards personally responsible for crimes committed by early release prisoners. It will stop many of these second offenses. No releases for over crowding of violent convicted criminals. This is why Biden clemency for death row inmates is a crime in itself.
Letting violent felons out early is pure NEGLIGENCE…it always seems that when these early release programs come around, the prison system & parol boards ALWAYS pick the worst criminals to turn loose as a form of PROTEST against the Administrative types that propose them!
There are lower level victimless crime types that would be more viable candidates for release in these times!
The parole board is a bunch of political appointees put in place by Woke Gretchen. She needs to get them out early so they can vote. The dumocratic house wants to punish gum manufacturers if someone shoots some one so why can’t we hold parole bosrd libal when a paroled con kills domeone?
Anyone who releases a violent offender needs to be held accountable when said violent offender repeats. If that means jail time and monetary compensation to the family who lost someone, so be it. Violent offenders who reoffend automatic death penalty to take place within 30 days of trial. No appeals allowed.
